February 20-21, 2025
On February 20-21, 2025, a significant event took place at the prestigious Tor Vergata University in Rome – the kick-off meeting of the participants of the ERASMUS+ KA2 LECTURE-101179602-GAP-101179602 project “ Introducing Leading European Competence approach into Teacher Training Curriculum for Ukraine's Resilient.” The two-day event brought together representatives and partners from Italy, Spain, Romania, Estonia, and Ukraine, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
The LECTURE project aims not only to modernize education but also to promote Ukraine's resilience in today's environment. Its main idea is to integrate advanced European approaches to teacher training. This will enable the formation of a new generation of educators capable of working effectively in challenging conditions, using innovative methods and best international practices. This will strengthen the Ukrainian education sector, making it more adaptive and competitive.
During productive meetings, participants discussed each of the project's work packages in detail, agreeing on deadlines and responsible persons. It was a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and find common solutions. An important achievement was the adoption and approval of the working document “Project Description,” which will serve as a roadmap for all further stages of implementation.
The meeting not only marked the official launch of the project, but also strengthened the partnership, which is a guarantee of the successful completion of all tasks. We are confident that the joint efforts of European and Ukrainian partners will help achieve significant results and make a significant contribution to the future of Ukrainian education.
