The first day of the study visit to the University of the Balearic Islands was packed with activities and very informative.
The participants were divided into five teams, which worked at various schools in Ibiza: IES Isidor Macabich, IES Santa Maria, IES Sa Colomina, IES Sant Agusti, and IES Quarto de Portmany.
At each school, participants had the opportunity to observe the educational process from the inside: how lessons are organized, what approaches teachers use, and how they interact with students.
Each team was able to talk with local teachers and discuss the specifics of their work.
This format offers more than just an introduction it allows participants to reflect on their own experiences and view their own practices from a different perspective.
