The first day of the study visit took place for participants of the international grant project Introducing Leading European Competences into Teacher Training Standard to Ensure Ukraine's Resilience (LECTURE - ¹101179602) at the University of the Balearic Islands, Ibiza (UIB).

During the training sessions, school teachers from Ibiza presented their own experience in implementing digital technologies in the educational process:

  • Irene Lopez – demonstrated how digital tools help diversify the learning process in mathematics;
  • Elena Roig – revealed the potential of using radio technologies for active and effective language learning, engaging participants in creating a radio podcast;
  • Jaume Ateca – shared practical approaches to developing students' digital skills and critical thinking;
  • Juan Jose Bonnin – presented his own application that combines the elements of chess and Sudoku, demonstrating the possibilities of learning through play.

And Victoria Alemany emphasized how important it is to help students develop positive emotional perception and learn to manage their own feelings.

After the training sessions, participants had the opportunity to visit the old town of Ibiza and explore the region's rich cultural and historical heritage.

The day was filled with cooperation, openness, and inspiration to implement new educational practices.
